SERVICES

• We ensure constant standards of efficiency by carrying out routine maintenance works  and extraordinary maintenance interventions on all system components, HV-MV dis-connectors, HV-MV-LV circuit breakers, HV / MV, MV / LV transformers, VT, CT, MV panels and protection relays. 
• We are able to test and calibrate all types of protection relays, thus ensuring correct operation. We also carries out plant expansions and insertion of new protection relays with supply and verification of CT s and VT's.

THERMOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS

The company has equipment and technicians for thermographic analyzes on HV substations, MV systems, rotating machines.
Through this analysis, which is able to verify an abnormal overheating of all parts of the system, it is possible to avoid possible subsequent problems of system shutdown.
The thermographic survey, used periodically, allows to reduce operating failures, sudden stops and maintenance management costs.

The company uses FLIR thermal imaging cameras, the technicians are certified according to "UNI EN ISO 9712: 2012 Liv 2" according to the "Infrared Thermographic Testing Level 2" certificate.

 

NETWORK ANALYSIS 

The company has several network analyzers for assessing the quality of electricity.
The remote measurement method is used to have a snapshot of the electrical network on site, in case of faults or anomalies of users, or for periodic checks. The duration of the measurement campaign is agreed to obtain a perfect analysis of the situation.
The permanent analysis procedure is able to provide information on continuous cycle operation (24 hours a day). The purpose of the measure is to monitor the system in the most continuous and lasting way possible, transmitting information, graphics and important events to the operator and to the plant managers.

We have tools such as: 

•  Power quality and energy analyzer with monitoring of single-phase or three-phase loads
• Voltage Quality Analyzer for monitoring cost-sensitive applications where compliance with EN-61000-4-30 Class A is required
